1. Overview
Chittha is Nepalina's reward-based lucky draw system. Each campaign has its own rules, eligibility criteria, and prize. Entries are based on reward points. Winners are selected from eligible participants. By participating, you agree to these rules and the campaign terms.
2. Eligibility Basics
Eligibility for each campaign is determined by reward points, account status, location (when applicable), and other criteria set by the campaign. You must meet the minimum reward points threshold and any account age or verification requirements specified for the campaign. Banned or suspended accounts are ineligible.
3. How Reward Points Affect Entries
Your reward points determine your weighted chance of winning. The more points you have, the higher your chance. All eligible users have a chance to win. Entries are calculated from a snapshot taken when the campaign closes or at draw time. No fake counts or misleading stats are used.
4. Location-Based Eligibility
Some campaigns are global; others target specific countries, states, or cities. Your profile location is used to determine eligibility for location-based campaigns. Keep your profile updated. If you do not have a location set and the campaign requires it, you will be ineligible.
5. One Winner Per Campaign
Unless a campaign explicitly allows repeat winners, each user can win at most once per campaign. The draw engine enforces this rule. Winners are selected by weighted random selection from eligible participants.
6. Disqualification Basics
Users who violate terms, engage in fraud, or are otherwise ineligible may be disqualified. Disqualification decisions are final. Nepalina reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time, including after a draw.
7. Sponsor Disclosure
Some campaigns are sponsored. Sponsored campaigns display sponsor information (name, logo, website, disclosure text) on the campaign page. Sponsor-provided prizes are as described. Nepalina is not responsible for sponsor conduct beyond what is specified in the campaign.
8. Prize and Claim Notes
Prizes are as described in each campaign. Monetary prizes may be subject to local tax laws. Non-monetary and custom prizes are provided as described. Nepalina is not responsible for prize delivery beyond what is specified in the campaign. See the Claim a Prize page for claim process details.
9. Admin Rights
Nepalina reserves the right to cancel, close, or modify campaigns when necessary under policy. Admin may disqualify users, void entries, or select alternate winners when required. These decisions are final.
10. Privacy & Public Winner Display
Winners may be displayed publicly according to the campaign's winner display mode (e.g., username, masked username, first name and city, or anonymous). By participating, you agree to the display settings of the campaign. Winner display is privacy-aware and respects campaign settings.
